China Is on Brink of Deflation
Pinpoint Asset Management President & Chief Economist Zhang Zhiwei breaks down China's CPI and PPI numbers, and shares his outlook on China's economy. Core inflation, which excludes volatile food and energy costs, slowed to 0.4% from 0.6%. Producer prices fell 5.4% from a year earlier, the deepest pace since December 2015.
