Morgan Stanley Wealth Management CIO Lisa Shalett says investors should rebalance their portfolios towards bonds as interest rates fall. "We still believe from here that American stocks, again, as measured by the index, are very vulnerable to a 10% to 15% correction," she says on Bloomberg Television. "So we have a preference for bonds here."
