South African Electricity Minister on 'Dire' Situation
South Africa's newly appointed electricity minister says citizens should brace for a situation that will "get dire before it gets better". Kgosientsho Ramokgopa's comments come a year ahead of elections in which the ruling party's support is likely so slip considerable due to rolling blackouts.
