Bank of America President of International Bernard Mensah says that the clients have been welcoming of the Paris expansion. Mensah said that Russia's invasion of Ukraine has highlighted the need for transitioning to clean energy. He further stated that the European clients are thinking a lot more about putting money in the US markets following the IRA. Mensah spoke exclusively to Bloomberg TV's Francine Lacqua at the BofA Global Investor Summit.
