SVP's Khosla on Higher Rates, Office Restructuring
Strategic Value Partners founder and Chief Investment Officer Victor Khosla says the Federal Reserve and European Central Bank are “creating kind of head winds” for investors for the first time in his career as he believes interest rates will be higher for longer. He also warns of a multi-year restructuring in the office space as he sees Europe a bit further behind the United States. He spoke on March 7, 2023 on “Bloomberg Surveillance Early Edition.”
