Pistorius: Coming Weeks 'Quite Decisive' For Ukraine

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said the coming weeks will be "quite decisive" for Ukraine in turning back a Russian offensive. Pistorius spoke with Bloomberg's Maria Tadeo at the Munich Security Conference, and also discussed the challenges in supplying ammunition and parts for tanks.
