India's rising demand for oil gives the country opportunities to add more supply from nations including the US, India’s oil minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said. He was speaking to Bloomberg TV at the country's Energy Conference event on Monday in Bangaluru. He also said India is in a position to make supply decisions based on terms that can be agreed and that while imports from Russia have increased, trade flows do change and they may not remain as a top oil supplier to India, it’ll be based on economics.
