Saudi Energy Minister on Oil Market, Price Cuts, Russia
Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said the US-led initiative to slap a price cap on Russian oil is adding to uncertainty in the market, as he said the cartel acted to pre-empt any more fragility. He spoke to Bloomberg's Manus Cranny from the sidelines of the OPEC+ meeting in Vienna.
