Her Story: Asia’s Top Female Chef Natsuko Shoji
Japanese chef Natsuko Shoji won the 2022 Asia’s Best Female Chef award. Despite facing personal struggles of losing her father, she bounced back and won over an exclusive clientele as top chef and owner of French restaurant été. Her goal now is to become a role model for the next generation of female chefs. Bloomberg Quicktake’s Kurumi Mori tells us her story.
