Chris Patten on Hong Kong's Future
The last British Governor of Hong Kong, Chris Patten, says he's worried about the city's future as a financial hub under increasing control by Beijing. 25 years after Hong Kong's return to Chinese rule, Patten spoke to Bloomberg's Stephen Engle about how he believes things have changed.
