Lagarde: Inflation Risks Are 'Primarily on the Upside'
European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde says risks relating to the pandemic have declined but the war in Ukraine continues to be a significant downside risk to growth. She speaks during a news conference after the central bank committed to a quarter-point increase in interest rates next month and opened the door to a bigger hike in the fall as it confronts record inflation.
