Chile’s former President Michelle Bachelet wants to see her country's draft constitution approved. It addresses issues such as housing, water and health care. Bachelet spoke to Bloomberg’s Stephanie Flanders in an interview aired on Wednesday at the New Economy Gateway Latin America.
