Ramaphosa: South Africans Support Neutrality Over Russia
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa says Russia’s invasion of Ukraine requires people to sit and talk because “when you attack them, it diminishes the role you can play” in mediation. He made the comments in an interview with Bloomberg Television's Manus Cranny in Johannesburg. He also discusses the beneficial impact of the commodity super cycle on his country.
