Russia to Settle Eurobond Payments With U.S. Dollars
Russia has transferred U.S. dollars to settle coupon payments due Wednesday on two Eurobonds, according to people familiar with the matter. The U.S. Treasury says sanctions on Russia don't prevent the settlement. Damian Sassower is on "Bloomberg The Open" to explain.
