Oksana Markarova, Ukraine’s ambassador to the U.S., says that Russia used a thermobaric weapon during its bombardment on Monday. "They used the vacuum bomb today, which is actually prohibited by Geneva Conventions," Markarova said after a meeting with lawmakers in Washington. A Western official said on Monday that TOS-1A thermobaric rocket units had been identified, but not yet used. A dash cam video clip from a car fleeing the the eastern city of Mariupol purported to show a TOS-1A launcher at the side of the road.
