Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, says it is unlikely that Russia's invasion of Ukraine will escalate into a wider conflict involving nuclear weapons. "Rattling the nuclear sword is sort of a normal part of the Russian way of doing business -- it's hard to see any real justification that such enormous destruction would be justified," Kristensen says on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
