Harvard's Nye Doesn't See a New Cold War Between U.S. and China
Joseph Nye, who served as chairman of President Bill Clinton’s National Intelligence Council and is now a professor at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, discusses the bilateral relations between the U.S. and China. Last week Chinese President Xi Jinping visited the venues of the upcoming Beijing Winter Olympics amid a worsening Covid-19 outbreak and diplomatic tensions with Western nations over human rights. Nye speaks from the sidelines of the UBS Greater China Conference on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Australia."
