Singapore's Shiok Meats is using stem cell technology to create a new market of lab-cultivated meat and seafood in a way that's healthy and sustainable. CEO Sandhya Sriram spoke to Bloomberg's Haslinda Amin about the timeline for getting Shiok's products to consumers and at an affordable price.
