U.S. Labor Secretary Marty Walsh sees a strong jobs market going forward. He speaks with Bloomberg's Jonathan Ferro on "Bloomberg The Open." U.S. job growth registered its smallest gain this year while the unemployment rate fell by more than forecast to 4.2%.
