University of Austin Is Focused on Free Speech: Ferguson
A group of public figures, many of whom are vocal critics of higher education in the U.S., are creating a new university in Austin, Texas. Niall Ferguson of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and also a Bloomberg Opinion columnist, helped launch the school. He's on Quicktake "Take Charge."
