Generation Next: PBA Robotics' Derrick Yap
Singapore's PBA Robotics says the pandemic has helped spur demand for robots faster than ever before. CEO Derrick Yap has spearheaded PBA's evolution from the parts and components distributor set up by his father, to a robotics and automation pioneer--pushing to integrate robots into everyday life from disinfecting spaces to making coffee. He spoke to Bloomberg's Juliette Saly in Singapore about Industry 4.0 and pivoting the family business.
