Former Vice Finance Minister Watanabe on Japan Election

Hiroshi Watanabe, a former Japanese vice finance minister and now the president of the Institute for International Monetary Affairs, discusses the election victory of Prime Minister Fumio Kishida's Liberal Democratic Party and its implications for the economy.
