Australia Keen for Singapore Travel Lane, Minister Says
Australian Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment Dan Tehan discusses the government's policies on climate issues, diplomacy and trade. Australia, one of the world’s top per-capita polluters, finally agreed to a plan to zero out its carbon emissions by 2050 but fell short of committing to harder short-term targets demanded by climate activists. Tehan also talks about the bilateral relations with China, and Australia's plans to further open its borders amid the Covid-19 pandemic. He speaks with Juliette Saly on "Bloomberg Markets: Asia."
