Renault CEO's big Electric-Car Push

He's been at the helm of Renault for one year after the tumultuous transition that followed the arrest of Carlos Ghosn. The CEO of the French carmaker, Luca De Meo, is now ramping up production of electric vehicles in Europe, to compete with the likes of Volkswagen and Peugeot owner Stellantis. As part of the revamp, Renault will be launching new electric versions of the 4L and R5, some iconic cars from half a century ago. But can Renault really keep up?
