Amazon Sued by D.C. AG in Antitrust Suit Over Pricing
Amazon.com Inc. was sued by the attorney general for Washington, D.C. Karl Racine accused the online retail giant of engaging in anticompetitive practices that have raised prices for consumers. Meanwhile, Amazon is poised to announce an acquisition of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer movie studio as soon as Tuesday, according to a person familiar with the matter.
