Singapore: Mass Air Travel’s Recovery at Least 2 Years Away
Singapore Transport Minister Ong Ye Kung says a recovery in mass air travel won’t likely happen until a vaccine is available, which could take about two years from now. Ong says Singapore Airlines Ltd. is in a “dire situation” as the coronavirus outbreak led to border restrictions and the national carrier doesn’t have a domestic market to fall back on.
