Alan Jope, chief executive officer of Unilever, says the beauty and personal care goods company still has a lot of learning to do regarding diversity and tackling racial injustice. Speaking to Bloomberg's Annmarie Hordern, Jope also says it's a dream of his that his successor be a woman or from an ethnic minority background.
