After Ghosn, Nissan Scrutiny Spreads to CEO Saikawa

In the uproar over Carlos Ghosn’s alleged financial improprieties, the former chair of Nissan has received most of the heat. Now, the scrutiny has expanded to the role of the Japanese automaker itself and its chief executive officer: Hiroto Saikawa. At the same time, Renault is said to be pushing Nissan for an extraordinary shareholder meeting to address Nissan's indictments and its corporate governance.
