Human Horizons Founder Ding Lei on Tesla
Former GM China general manager, Ding Lei, has an ambitious plan for his one-year-old startup Human Horizons -- to be a one-stop shop for the future of transportation. He has an impressive record -- not only was he instrumental in making GM one of the biggest foreign automaker in China, but he was also a part of the team that successfully negotiated with Elon Musk over Tesla's factory plans for the country.
