Key to U.S. Auto Sales' October Surprise? Bigger & Pricier

U.S. auto sales surprised to the upside for October with 17.5 million automobiles on an annualized basis, against a forecast for 17.3 million. Ford, Fiat Chrysler and Toyota sales beat forecasts thanks to sales of pickups, SUVs and higher-end vehicles.
