FBI Said to Lack White House Approval to Talk to Kavanaugh, Ford

The FBI is said to release a report on the Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh to senators Thursday morning in Washington. Bloomberg has been told that the FBI did not interview Brett Kavanaugh or his accuser Christine Blasey Ford because it doesn't have clear authority from the White House to do so.
