In order to keep up with the changing market Ford is kicked off the week with a huge change. Mark Fields was ousted as CEO of Ford on Monday. He's been replaced with turnaround specialist Jim Hackett. Hackett will now try to guide Ford into new technology like self-driving cars and ride sharing.
