Bloomberg’s Peter Cook caught up with Democratic Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia. The senator has been pushing President Obama to seek a new authorization for the use of force against the Islamic State harder than anyone else. While Kaine likes many things in the draft sent by the president today, he referrred to the mission in Syria as "very complicated," while expresssing concern over vague language in the ground troop definition and the cohesion of the coalition.
