Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) – In the middle of San Francisco's Bay Area start up and tech scene lies an unusual business -- one of the largest mannequin liquidators in the country. Judi Henderson Townsend buys, sells, rents and repairs mannequins. What started in her backyard more than a decade ago is now a million-dollar business.
