The Women’s March Goes Global on Trump Anniversary

Two years later and the march continues

Women descended on Washington D.C. and cities around the world for the third year since President Donald Trump took office. The crowds marched for gender equality and to celebrate the progress made since they began protesting, including electing a record number of women to Congress. Despite all the momentum, the turn out was smaller than in years past amid political schisms between organizers and topped by some nasty winter weather.
