Subsequently, an Oracle spokesperson said that Blue Owl is out of the data center deal, but that it remains on schedule. - Lennar (LEN) shares fall 3.8% in premarket trading after the homebuilder forecast 1Q orders, deliveries and margins all below expectations, signaling strains on the housing market despite a lower interest rate. The builder also posted lower-than-expected orders and margins for 4Q. Keep an eye on shares of peers including DR Horton, PulteGroup and Toll Brothers. - Medline (MDLN) shares surged 30% in their trading debut, after the medical supplier raised $6.26 billion in the year’s biggest initial public offering.
