Worker Issues, the MBTA (Radio)
On the Wednesday, July 10 edition of Bloomberg Baystate Business we talked about a new way to evaluate worker performance with Dartmouth professor Pino Audia. We also talked about workplace burnout with licensed psychologist Janna Koretz, the founder of Azimuth Psychological. We again covered the ongoing problems with the MBTA and ways to address those problems. First, we spoke with Commonwealth Magazine editor Bruce Mohl who argues the MBTA Control Board should be a more independent body. We also talked with Tamara Small, the CEO of NAIOP, about the possibility of developers helping to fund improvements in MBTA service and infrastructure. Hosts: Tom Moroney, Joe Shortsleeve and Anne Mostue. Producer: Dan Pierce.
