Today we talked with State House News Service reporter Matt Murphy live from Beacon Hill about the on-going negotiations to try to get a budget for the Commonwealth for Fiscal 2019. Massachusetts is the only state without one. Rick Kidder, President and CEO of the SouthCoast Chamber, joined us to tell us why he believes the state's initiative petition process is broken. 26-year-old Victor Santos is a DACA "Dreamer", and the co-founder of Airfox, a local company that provides access to credit for poor people in Brazil. Santos talked about his status and the "Dreamer" program. Boston Globe reporter Jon Chesto told us about a plan to spend $100 million to expand the cruise ship terminal in Boston's Seaport District.
