Massachusetts is the only state without one. Rick Kidder, President and CEO of the SouthCoast Chamber, joined us to tell us why he believes the state's initiative petition process is broken. 26-year-old Victor Santos is a DACA "Dreamer", and the co-founder of Airfox, a local company that provides access to credit for poor people in Brazil.
