(Bloomberg) -- Markets were hoping for news on Trump's fiscal policies at his inauguration, but instead he has kicked off with words on trade wars and that's worrisome says Philippe Waechter, chief economist at Natixis Asset Management. Waechter discussed protectionism and coming European elections with Daybreak Europe's Caroline Hepker and Markus Karlsson, saying he expects a negative shock to the global economy.
