The 2019 U.K. general election pits Prime Minister Boris Johnson's Conservative Party against opposition parties that want to thwart his Brexit plans. Johnson aims to “Get Brexit Done” by Jan. 31, 2020, while Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn backs a second referendum and Jo Swinson's Liberal Democrats want to remain in the European Union. The economy, the National Health Service, policing and immigration are also key issues. Polls have shown a solid lead for Johnson's Tories, but they were wrong in 2017. If a party wins 326 seats it will gain a majority. Our graphic shows all the latest results as they happen.
