The caliber of alumni, students, and faculty, and their willingness to help and engage with everyone in and out of the Fuqua community.

Culture on campus; had an informal recruiting philosophy: 'no jerks and no weenies' — you want people who are tough and who can withstand the academic rigor of the program but you also want the other students to be genuinely nice, supportive of your advancement, and not too self-interested.

All top business schools strive to make their type-A over-achieving student body collaborate rather than compete, but I came to Fuqua because I felt leadership showed the best authentic example of humble, service-driven leadership -- and that has permeated the whole student body.

Getting to know so many people from diverse backgrounds and getting to know people who are going into such a diverse set of careers.
