It's hard to imagine that in 2007, some of the biggest and brightest in software were dismissing the cloud as a fad. Rick Nucci knew that wasn't the case. He was one of the first to found a platform-as-a-service company. He sold that to Dell and is now working on his second startup, called Guru.
