Billionaire Li's Empire Strikes Back With Stellar Results
Cheung Kong Property Holdings, the developer controlled by Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, said first-half underlying profit rose 51 percent as strong mainland sales offset a decline in Hong Kong.
