VW Said to Pay Diesel Owners Up to $7,000
Volkswagen AG is reported to have agreed to pay owners of diesel cars up to $7,000 and fund a grant program to offset air pollution as part of a $10 billion settlement being negotiated after VW admitted rigging cars to pass emissions tests.
