Obama Gets Trade Tips Over Beer in Bavaria G-7 Visit
U.S. President Barack Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel sat with villagers in the German town of Kruen, drinking wheat beer -- non alcoholic for Obama -- and eating pretzels in the sun ahead of the Group of Seven leaders' summit in the Bavarian Alps. During the meal, Obama was told about rural concerns over the planned Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, or TTIP, which both he and Merkel champion. (Source: Bloomberg)
