ECB Rate Decision Preview: Economist Komileva
The European Central Bank will announce its interest-rate decision at 1:45 p.m. Frankfurt time, with economists in a Bloomberg survey forecasting that the benchmark rate will be kept on hold at a record-low 0.05 percent.
