Komileva Says Russian Foreign Reserves 'Dwindling'
(Bloomberg) -- Lena Komileva, managing director at G Plus Economics, says that Russia's foreign reserves are "dwindling" and as a result of European Union sanctions against Russia, the country "cannot rely on foreign trade or capital markets to replenish that shortfall."
