(Bloomberg) -- Stephen Legomsky, a professor at Washington University Law School, and Annie Lai, a professor at the University of California Irvine School of Law, discuss a ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that will force Arizona to continue to issue drivers licenses to young undocumented immigrants who have received deportation deferments. The verdict is a big victory for the Obama administration after its earlier decision to let some children of illegal immigrants remain in the country.
