(Bloomberg) -- Elizabeth Sepper, a law professor at Washington University Law School and Ilya Shaprio, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute, discuss whether or not religious nonprofit organizations should have to provide employees with access to contraceptive products, or whether it violates their rights under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. The case was heard by an 8-member Supreme Court on Wednesday, and could have a radically different outcome after the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. They spoke with Bloomberg Law Hosts June Grasso and Michael Best on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Law."
