Koch Industries, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

Koch Industries Inc. has announced the promotion of key leaders to newly created positions within the company. Koch says in an emailed press release that Jim Hannan, president and CEO of the company's Georgia-Pacific unit, has been named executive vice president and CEO of enterprises. In addition, Brad Razook, president and CEO of Koch's Flint Hills Resources, has been named executive vice president and CEO of resources. In those new roles, Hannan will oversee Koch companies Georgia-Pacific, Invista, Molex and Guardian, as well as the recently acquired stake in business software and cloud computing company Infor. In other Koch executive news, the company said that Martin Slark, CEO of Molex, has been elected to the Koch Industries board of directors. The company also announced four appointments to the officer level at the company as follows: David Dotson - vice president, operations and compliance. Philip Ellender - vice president, government and public affairs. Matt Flamini - vice president, business development. Walt Malone - vice president, human resources.
